Happy Tails - Adopted Pets

Harry

Meet Harry a cat who thinks he is a border collie! Harry is a neutered, approx. 7 year old, brown/black tabby with raccoon markings on his tail. UTD on vaccinations and de-worming and litter box trained. He is mostly an outdoor mouser, but he will let you know if he wants inside, which is usually at night to get some love and cuddles. Harry is way too smart to be a cat. He can probably be trained to use a toilet! He is intuitive and will follow you around if he so inclines. Harry is ready for a permanent, loving home. Call Foster Mom, Elaine at 541-263-1148. $45 adoption fee

Female Puppy

My friend has a four months old female puppy looking for a good home. I believe she is a cow dog mix. She has not had her shots. She also is not trained. She seems very smart, just too energetic for the woman to handle.

Adopted 2019

Hannibal

Hannibal is a 3 year old, neutered male Border Collie. Hannibal is a sweet fellow, very intuitive. Don’t let his name fool you, this guy is kind and gentle. Hannibal is very friendly and affectionate. He gets along with dogs of all sizes and the cats at his home. Hannibal is a pretty laid back kinda guy. He has a little bit of a weight problem, but when that gets resolved he may be a more active pup. He enjoys tagging along with his brother, Dexter, but does not have interest in fetch. Again, probably because he is “big boned”. Hannibal is from the working parents of Megan Yost's Dogs. He will come when called and knows the sit and lay down command. Hannibal and Dexter have lived open range on a farm since they were pups. So please no apartments. Also Hannibal and Dexter are brothers and have been together their whole lives. It would be great if they could stay together. Hannibal is up to date on all his shots and is house broken. Please contact Emily at 541-398-0290

Adopted 2019

Dexter

Dexter is a 3 year old, neutered male Border Collie. Dexter is very active and loves to play fetch more than any thing in the whole world. If you are outside Dexter is there with a stick in mouth and if you walk past him he will place a stick in front of you to toss. He is sweet, friendly, and gets along well with other dogs of all sizes and the cats that are in his home. He comes when called and knows the command sit. He is very smart and eager to please. He might be a candidate for working ranch dog, he has that drive to herd but has no formal training. Dexter comes from working parents of Megan Yost's dogs. Dexter and Hannibal are brothers and have been together their whole lives. It would be great if they could stay together. Dexter and Hannibal have lived open range on a farm since they were pups. So please no apartments. Dexter is up to date on his shots and is house broken. Please contact Emily at 541-398-2090
