Zeus the German Shephard

Introducing Zeus, he came to our Humane Society as an owner surrender. Zeus is 18 month old German shepherd. He is up-to-date on his vaccinations. He has micro chipped and will soon be neutered. He is a great dog, very smart, wanting to please is learning all of the commands sit stay, Zeus gets along with dogs and people and cats. He’s a friendly guy who’s needing at home he deserves a good home Zeus suffered PTSD from the horrific wind storm that hit Wallowa a year ago and with the help of his foster family Zeus is overcoming his PTSD and separation anxiety. TEEGER - Born June 2023, is a neutered, beautiful brown tabby with a big swirl on his side. He is quiet, friendly and enjoys petting so much that he will let his food sit while he purrs up thanks for good scratches. He enjoys snuggling up with calm dogs and people alike. JUICE – This cute orange/white neutered tabby was born June 2023. Given time, he'll join your company to sit with you, accept pettings, and have a polite conversation. He'll greet you with a little curious "mew" and if you reply in kind, the conversation can carry on until a better distraction arrives. He enjoys quietly watching the world and some of his favorite activities are watching bird videos and supervising the other members of the house. So far, he gets along well with the dogs in his foster home and hasn't been too destructive or mischievous for a kitten. Has had his first vaccinations, is dewormed, and is litter box trained. Winchester

WINCHESTER – 4 yr. old, born 2019, spayed female Orange, indoor/outdoor Tabby. She has an interesting temperament, she is very friendly, tolerates other cats, however,  prefers friendly dogs.  Winchester would make a great farm/ranch cat for she is an excellent hunter. Winchester marches to the beat of her own drum. She does not like to be held, but loves to be shown affection. THUNDER – is a brown/white male tabby, born around August 3, 2023. This is Jack! Jack will be 1yo on Halloween. Jack came to us as an owner surrender due to unforeseen circumstances with his family.

Jack is kind, energetic boarder collie mix. Jack will need a home with a secure fence yard and positive reinforcement to give him the training he needs to hone his natural instincts.

Jack prefers to be outside, and at night he sleeps in his crate in the mud room.

Jack is a happy-go-lucky guy who likes to keep busy. 

Jack has a nice thick coat that will make him perfect for outdoor work or play in cold weather. He is 1/4 Great Pyrenees, 1/4 Akita and 1/2 Boarder Collie. 

Jack is people, kids, dogs and cat friendly.

Lucy came to us as an owner surrender, due to unforeseen circumstances in the family.

Lucy is an adorable girl. 

She’s 1/2 springer spaniel, 1/4 pit bull and 1/4 golden retriever. She has the sweetest personality and would make an excellent family dog. She loves humans and has lots of experience with kids. She’s good around cats. She’s super healthy and up to date on shots and dewormer. She turned 1yo on Oct 1.

Stormy

Looking for his forever home. Stormy is 1 year old neutered aussie/poodle. Stormy is 15-18 pounds of joy!

Unfortunately stormy’s owner fell and broke his back and can no longer  take care of stormy. Stormy’s owner is heart broken but he wants Stormy to go to a good home. Stormy needs daily exercise. He is good with other dogs. He is fine around cats. Stormy is young and has lots of energy. Stormy has not been around small children so we recommend a home with older children or no children. Stormy would be happy in a active home with a secure fenced yard where he could run and play.
