Jessie

Jessie is a sweet and loving young dog about one and a half years old. She is a rescued stray out of Walla Walla. She is an excellent physical condition and has plenty of energy. She loves to play with kids and other dogs. She has a soft mouth when you feed her treats. She keeps our other dog entertained, but she needs a real home. We have too many rescued pets.

Adopted 2021

Nuala

Nuala came from a litter locally in Enterprise, OR. She was with her mom until 8weeks and then came to me. She is 8months old born feb 4,2021. She is Rottweiler, lab, husky mix. She is playful, smart, sweet. She’s good with other dogs and has not had much exposure to cats. She is house trained and still learning to walk on leash. She is spayed and her shots are up to date. I am looking for a home for her that has more time to work with her, train her and play with her. Possibly one with another dog that wants to play too. I live alone and work long shifts. Caring for her has been difficult based on my schedule and time away. Contact Lauren McDonald (314) 479-9946

Charlotte

This is Charlotte. She is 1.3 years old. She is spay and UTD on her vaccinations. Charlotte weighs 44#’s.

Charlotte's story is she was on a working cattle ranch but that kind of life just didn’t suit our Charlotte girl. Charlotte is a shy sensitive girl and strange places and things scare her until she learns her new surroundings. She is very affectionate once you earn her trust. She likes dogs and doesn’t mind cats. Charlotte is not a barker. She is very quiet.

Pudding & Bernard

TWO ADORABLE HOUSE RABBITS- Pudding and Bernard are bonded house rabbits looking for a forever home. I've been taking care of them since their original owner gave them up, but I can't keep them long term. They are both neutered and litter box trained and live indoors. They have big personalities and love to get pets, run around, nap together, explore and sniff everything, eat parsley snacks, and chew on apple tree twigs. House rabbits are affectionate, hilarious companion animals. In terms of expense and time commitment think in terms of a cat: they need occasional upkeep and vet care, space to run around in a bunny proofed enclosure (or house!), toys to play with and chew, and love and attention. These buns would not do well with a dog or very young children. They could peacefully coexist with the right cat. To adopt or for more info contact Grace: (570) 951-9419.

ADOPTED 2023

Rudolph Valentino

RUDOLPH VALENTINO - Like his name sake, Valentino is a lover and a kisser.  He desperately needs someone to share his life with.  He loves to be held or just lay his head in a lap and talk to you, while he loves on you with rubs and more kisses.  He’s up to date on vaccinations, deworming and neutered.  He’s a young boy but not a kitten.  He came to the WCHS with a badly injured tail and has recovered nicely.

If you would like to meet this wonderful, little gentle sole, contact foster mom, Carol, 541-432-1630 or 541-263-0336.
