ROMEO - This kitty was seen being tossed out of a moving car window in Elgin along with 2 other kittens (one did not survive). Fortunately, Romeo came out of this with only a small scratch on his nose. Born approx. Oct. 28, 2018, he is a neutered, white kitty with black/grey markings. He is a true lover who will give you butterfly kisses with his whiskers, with love nibbles between purring up a storm. Forever grateful, Romeo survived with love in his heart. He is up to date on his vaccinations, and deworming, is litter box trained and ready for a permanent, loving home. $40 adoption fee.
