MAX - rescued from a terrible situation in LaGrande and is in need of a loving home! He was born approx. August 2018. Not 100% sure of his breed (mix) possibly part rat terrier and Chihuahua. He is a small dog weighs about 9 pounds. Very sweet, loving and eager to learn. He is scheduled for his vaccinations and neuter this week, Jan. 28, 2019.
