Meet Gus! Gus is a 4 year old standard poodle, who is currently being fostered. Gus is a real sweetheart. He likes dogs, and totally is fine around cats. Gus is so smart and his foster Mom reported he is learning quick his basic commands, sit, stay. He is food motivated and will counter surf if given the opportunity. Gus will be shy when he first meets you but quickly warms up to you and will stay by your side. 

Gus’s owner recently passed away.  Gus was staying with a friend until he came to us and we are so glad he did! 

Gus will need a home with a secure yard to keep him from wandering when you’re not home. Gus has a good recall and will come when called. Gus is housebroken but needs more leash training when going on walks. He will require regular grooming so please consider that in your budget before applying to adopt.

Gus is neutered, vaccinated, microchip and has had his Rabies.
