Say hello to Tux! Tux is 6 year 2 month old neutered mastiff/bulldog mix. He weighs 88 pounds and he is all love. Tux came to WCHS as a owner surrender. His family moved from the country into a small home into town, and Tux was depressed being kept locked inside a crate. Tux has shown he can be shy around men especially. But with the right introduction he will be all yours!
Tux likes are: playing, eating, going on adventures and sleeping. Tux has shown he likes other dogs but we always recommend a staff assisted meet and greet. We do not know about cats. Tux is housebroken and knows basic commands. Sit, wait and down. He needs more work on his leash training. Tux will need a secure fence yard when not in the house. Tux is not a high energy guy but He will need some daily Exercise to keep him energized and happy. like playing ball, going on walks and any outdoor adventures. Tux is up-to-date with all his vaccinations.
