Barney

Barney and Bitsy are two Shih Tzus who needed a new home aftertheir owner passed away. The dogsstayed in their former home with no one there except for someone who was kind enough to take care of them.

Barney is 9 years old. He walks great on a leash and loves to go for a quick walk around the block. Barney will come back to you when he is called, and he's a good communicator.

Cinder-ella

Cinder-Ella is one of four kittens whowere born the end of June, and raised by her foster mom from an early age. Her brother, Mickey, was adopted a while ago, and her sister, Sadie, was adopted only a day or two ago! Minnie, her other sister, is still hoping to find her forever home.

Cinder-Ella is very loveable, and as you can see, she strikes a great pose when her portrait is taken.

Sadie

Sadie was born the end of June, andwas raised byher foster mom from an early age.She's litterbox trained, and has had her immunizations and been dewormed. Her brother, Mickey, has already been adopted. Her two sisters, Minnie and Cinder-Ella, are still waiting for a home of their own.

Sadie is the sweetest little puff ball, beautiful black coat with just atouch of white under her neck.

Sis

Sis is a calico female, born in late May.Her siblings Flip, Pumpkin and Oreo were adopted pretty quickly. Sis was beginning to wonder who would love her and want to keep her.

Sis is a cuddler and a snuggler. She is every bit as sweet and loving as she looks.

Mickey

Mickey is the only boy in a litter of four. He was born the end of June and raised by his foster mom from an early age. Mickey looks and feels like a little fuzz ball. He is very friendly and sweet.

Lucy

Lucy is a short-haired red-patched tabby and white, with gorgeous eyes that match her coat. She is about 1 year old, and came to us after she had kittens. As you can see, Lucy still looks very much like a kitten herself! She is a love,walks well with a leash and a harness, so she's great to go on walks. Lucy needed to be in a home where she can be a companion cat.

Redd-Butler

Frankly, my dear, Redd Butler is a wonderful guy! He’s about 7 to 8 years old, already neutered, and up to date on his vaccinations.

Redd Butler is so sweet and mellow, nothing bothers him. Male orange tabbies are known to be among the most affectionate and loyal cats, and Redd is no exception. He is tame, loves to be loved, and enjoys being brushed to take care of his good looks.

Abe

This sweet guy was born sometime in June. We thought the kitten was a she, but it turned out to be a he. "Abe" just showed up one day, needing a home. Luckily for him, he came to the right place.

"Abe"is affectionate and friendly,likes to be held, and has a loud, soothing purr. Hewould be a good house kitty and companion, or any other situation.

Tazzie

Tazzie is a female silver tabby kitten, born mid May, 8 weeks old. She is smart, independent and loves to play. This little girl loveskids and other cats. She has had her first shots.

Tazzie hasa feisty, loving personality. Bottle fed since two weeks old, sheenjoys being aroundpeople and getting lots of attention. One of her favorite games is to play chase and attack bare feet when least expected!

Oreo

Oreo is a black and white male. He's a bit quiet and on the reserved side, but he knows how to play and have a good time.

These kittens were born in late May. Their brother, Flip, was adopted right away. Their sister, Sis, a pretty little tabby, is still waiting to be adopted.

Pumpkin is an orange tabby male, very sweet and loves to play.

Clark & Bing

Marilyn is the calico, and she's the only girl. The fluffy black fellow pictured with her is Humphrey. The "basket boys" are Clark, the tabby, and the black-and-white guy is Bing. These kittens were born sometime in early to mid June. Every one of them is in perfect health and litter box trained.

Humphrey is by far the friendliest. The other three were very shy at first but are now fairly friendly. They are siblings from a feral mom.

Angel

Angel was adopted at the Barn Sale in July, before we even had time to list her on the website! First she stole Carol's heart, and then she stole the heart of a lady from Eugene. Two days later, Angel was on her way to her new forever home.

Ginger

Ginger was left all alone when her owner died and no one stepped up to take care of her. Someone called the WCHS to let us know that Ginger needed help. She's 11 years young, but very agile and in good health.

Ginger is very affectionate and craves human attention and companionship.

Flip

Flip got adopted before we had a chance to list him on the website! Someone saw himat the Bowlby Bash and "flipped" for him. No wonder, he's a great-looking little fella.

Flip is a playful guy with a super-sweet personality. His brothers and sisters are still waiting to be adopted, and we hope they'll be as lucky as he is.

Dusty

Dusty is one of themost adorable kittens you'll ever find. Just look at those big beautiful eyes! He is a lynx point, with a cute little tail that you can see peeking out in his photo.

Dusty is Hoppy's brother. Hoppy was adopted just a couple days before Dusty. Starting out in foster care at only 10 days old is rough, but they both adjusted well.

Prince Charming

This handsome (and very charming!) Siamese Cat was found wandering Lake Shore Road, and was also seen down near Trouthaven.

He looks like he was someone's pet, but no one came forward to claim him. He's about 1 year old, healthy, very friendly, and has bright blue eyes. After coming into the care of the Wallowa County Humane Society, he was bathed and neutered, and ready for adoption.
